Suggested Jobs for Mechanical Engineers

It has been observed that Mechanical engineers get frastrated after completion of BE/B Tech. as job calles not coming from employers. And sometimes they receive calls for irrelevant jobs.

Whrere as some candidates get relevant jobs but promotion and increments are very slow. In such cases what to do?

It has been compared by expert between  Technical carrier and Sales Engineers carrier, it has been found that Sales Engineers carrier far better than Technical Position.

Now the problem is that how a fresh Engineer can get a sales job? The remedy can get by following steps:

How to start a career as a freshers Mechanical Engineer?

For primary step you can try BPO out bound job, if you feel your English speaking good you can try for international BPOs and if you feel that your spoken English is not up to the level then you can try for domestic BPOs. BPOs will welcome you if you will give assurance that you will work long term for them.

Generally BPOs are not taking graduate engineers by thinking that Engineering candidates will not be stable to do the Call jobs. As you need job experience anf if you are not getting BPO because of your Engineering Degree. You can try differently by without showing the Degree. Just you can mention your 12 pass certificate only.

Once you get experience in outbound sales/calls of a minimum of 1 year, you can update your CVs in various Job Sites.

One thing you have to keep in mind that your next job application should be for industrial sales or Technical sales.

Employer will be lucky to get you as you can explain to customer technically more better than a non technical candidate and hence you can bring more profit then  a non technical Professional.

Sales Engineer is being highly paid in gulf countries and living a well settled life with company vehicles and flats.

Technical Professional gets promotion easily and enjoying secure professional life, even they are always in demand for their experience and activities.
