How BPO job experiences beneficial for Sales & Marketing, Business development and Digital Marketing jobs


Fresher's mostly gets call for BPO jobs and most of the candidates joining the jobs but their duration of job is not more than 6 months. Most of them are leaving the jobs within 6 months. It has been observed that 50% employees who joined as a freshers, leaving the jobs in 2 months, remaining 30% of employees leaving in 3 months and more 10% of employees leaving the job in 6 months and last 10% Employees continues and makes their carrier in BPO field.
But the question is that, are the BPO jobs beneficial in life? The answer is yes!
How it is beneficial I am trying to explain one by one.


The experiences of BPOs are very beneficial for those who wants to make carrier in Sales, Marketing, Business development, Customer relationship, Digital Marketing etc.


BPO jobs gives a valuable experiences related to communication and Sales ideas in out bound calls.


Sales carrier: Any Employers expectation is that his Employee should be experienced to sell his products or services. Employers will be lucky to get BPO background candidates for Sales and Marketing positions, as the candidates are well trained about the job knowledge.


Digital marketing carrier: Sales ideas are very important to understand customers requirements and customers expectation. Without practical sales and marketing experience anyone's Digital Marketing course certificate cannot be matured.


Marketing & Business development carrier: If you know customers requirements and customers expectation, you can bring customers enquiries either it is physically meeting with clients or through online.


So BPO job keeps a very enhancement in one's whole carrier life.
